Twell decides to run for Scotland
World junior 1500m champion Stephanie Twell will run for Scotland but is undecided on competing at next year's Commonwealth Games in Delhi.
The Colchester-born 19-year-old qualifies through her Scottish mother Isobel, who is from Paisley.
Twell, a three-time European junior cross country champion, set a best time of 4.03.62 seconds when winning in Warsaw last month.

Dwain Chambers flashed his gold tooth as he broke into a smile, but there was a resigned shrug of the shoulders too as it hit home that he'd been beaten.
He was trying to put a brave face on it and he remained defiant, but the fact he failed to appear 24 hours later for the 200m told its own story.
